Entrepreneurship relies on a bunch of proved techniques
and skills.
They are studied during this "...to brick" module.
The
way to study is again entrepreneur spirit oriented.
Each participant has several topics to deal with.
Topic choice is free.
Participants work alone first, finding relevant information
by themselves.
Resources are up to each participant to use: the Internet,
University library, books, experts, other fellows,...
Each participant has a report to prepare.
The personal coach is at hand for any help during both the
finding and reporting process.
The whole team discusses the report during a meeting with
the general coach.
Final conclusions are build together.
The data is added to the 3Ecoaching entrepreneurship data

There
are 4 different topic types
- P topics: personal entrepreneurs skills.
- B topics: general business techniques.
- H topics: individual entrepreneur inquiries.
- C topics: company inquiries.
Each participant reports about 4 topics, one of each type.

Coaches'
crucial role:
Coaches are experimented entrepreneurs.
They are particularly aware to build positive experience about
success stories.
More important they use also many failure stories from which
a lot is to be learnt.
Do and don't lists are carefully built all along this "to
brick" module.
P and
B topics are more classic learning oriented.
Informal learning comes more from topics H or C. For entrepreneurship
this kind of informal learning is very important.

E-company
running
During the whole "to brick" module each participant
still has to run his E-company.
It gives him more time to fulfill his own experience.
It also gives time to each personal coach to drive each participant
